Who we are
Humble is operated by Humble Media Group, based in the United States, at 215 N Payne Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Humble Media Group.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including your name, email address, enquiry details, account details, tracker progress, customer interview notes and the descriptions you submit to Humble's AI tools. We also receive basic technical information needed to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use this information to provide your account and purchased services, save your progress, answer enquiries, analyse the notes you ask us to analyse, send emails you request, improve Humble and protect the service from misuse.
AI tools
When you use the Advisor or Interview Analyst, your submitted text is sent securely to the model service used to produce your answer. Do not include sensitive personal information about you or another person in those submissions.
Emails
If you join The Humble Edge, we use your email address to send the weekly email. Signed-in members may also receive a weekly tracker reminder. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
Who helps us provide Humble
We use trusted service providers for website hosting, account access, data storage, AI responses and email delivery. They process information only to provide those services. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep account and tracker information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of emails. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under their state law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We respond to requests within 45 days.
Children
Humble is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell members by email.
